E-PlanetaTech had its start back in 2020, when two brothers, Leandro and Matheus, gave their business a start at home in their bedroom, at a family environment in Taboão da Serra-SP. At that time, they were both using a Hyundai HR to work transporting food.
In search of new business opportunities, they pondered about whether to expand their freight of vehicles or to explore new horizons. So, they opted to begin a new business in the dropshipping market, seeking to attend all of Brazil through the internet.
However, as time went by, they realized that the initial setup wasn’t evolving the way they expected, due to few sales and to excessive product specialization. Given this scenario, they decided to change their approach to working with their own stock, focusing on high rotation products at the center of São Paulo. Utilizing resources that would be originally destined to the purchase of an Iveco, they invested in reselling merchandise in a variety of digital platforms, such as Americanas, Mercado Livre, Magazine Luiza and Amazon.
The big turn then came, after being mentored, taking online courses and acquiring relevant digital market knowledge. That's when things started to evolve in a notable way. Although terribly tragic, the pandemic increased online sales and helped with the company’s growth in a significant way. In 2021, with Diego’s arrival as a partner, bringing with him vast expertise in import and export, the decision was made: they sold the Hyundai HR and focused solely on E-Planeta Tech.
From their humble bedroom at home, the company evolved to an office at a commercial room and, after less then a year, expanded to occupy three rooms at the Metropolitan building. With 6 collaborators, they surpass the mark of 12 thousand monthly customers and over a million reais in diverse platform sales.
E-Planeta Tech currently operates in a 500m² space, with 10 collaborators, monthly serving over 12 thousand customers, and having imported over 5 containers. Our emphasis is on imports, consolidating our brand and building up a solid image for our customers. With over half a million customers throughout its history, the company presents an impressive record on Reclame Aqui, with less than 10 complaints.
